2024 marked a significant milestone with the completion and handover of all 177 homes at River Dale, the second of nine residential villages planned for Westbrook Country Estate. This achievement came despite ongoing economic challenges, including high interest rates and a tough property market. The decision to complete construction in full – rather than adopting a phased build-and-sell approach – demonstrates the Amdec Group’s continued confidence in Westbrook’s long-term potential and unwavering commitment to residents.

Beyond delivering high-quality homes, the Amdec Group has continued to invest in projects that elevate everyday living. The Year Ahead
With economic conditions beginning to improve and interest rates starting to ease, 2025 will focus on selling out the remaining properties within River Dale, strengthening the village’s community and enhancing financial sustainability.
A new multi-disciplinary hospital is also planned for Westbrook Country Estate. Together with the school already established within the estate, the addition of a hospital marks another major step toward realising the Group’s vision of Westbrook as a fully self-sustaining suburb on the Sunshine Coast.
